We firmly believe that the primary job of a leader is to facilitate rather than control. We would like that each individual be trusted and governed by self-discipline rather than be constantly monitored by external control. Self-regulation and discipline are very important to us. We firmly believe that discipline and quality are interlinked. Disciplined group of employees can only produce quality product.

 

  Individuals Can Constantly Grow And Change

We encourage people to question old ways, challenge old ideas to develop themselves and their jobs and thus move beyond their job description. We expect employees to be sensitive to the training and achievement, needs of their subordinates and to create an atmosphere where they can develop others to move towards jobs that entail greater involvement. At the same time each individual has to assume responsibility for personal growth. Mere attendance at any training program does not ensure any change in behavior unless the employee is open and ready to take risk in trying out new behavior, attitude and way of working.


  Differences And Conflicts To Be Given Positive Turn

The Organization has a hierarchy but that does not mean that people at the top are always right. What is right is more important than who is right. There will be differences between Boss and Subordinates, between colleagues, between Departmental Heads. We must adopt a policy of give and take rather than making personal issues, we must respect and accept what is best in the interest of the Organization. While we encourage "Speaking Up", we expect that the issues involved are worth bringing up and the person raising them displays a sense of responsibility and maturity.
